I arrived here from the airport at noon and they allowed an early check-in, even though the policy stated 3 pm. The location allows easy access to the nearby mosque. I had a spacious room and could request extra towels whenever needed. The bathroom was clean, and the staff provided excellent service, packing sahuur for my early travel. I felt comfortable during my stay and could enjoy the city without worry.

The staff here were really something special, Moesaed at check-in and Kamal on the fifth floor made sure everything was sorted for us and we were a family of 14. The rooms were spacious and we felt at home which is what matters when traveling with family.

It wasn’t the cheapest option but for what we got, it was still okay.

However, the cleanliness of the room was concerning. The carpet had visible mold in the corners, and there was a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Sunlight barely filtered into the room, making it feel dim and stale. The safe in the room didn't work, and the AC controls were faulty, leaving us sweating at night. It took a long time for reception to respond when we tried reaching out for assistance. On the upside, we appreciated the abundance of water bottles provided, a small gesture that helped during our stay.

nozol royal inn was perfect for our family! the location was close to the holy mosque, which made it easy for us to attend prayers. the executive two bedroom was spacious and clean. i also appreciated the ample towels and tea provided. parking was convenient too, just a quick reminder to validate your ticket for the discount.
